Lifestyle interventions: Relaxation Response training, healthy thinking, nutrition, exercise, and coping strategies. These interventions help manage stress-related conditions: chronic pain, insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders, hypertension, anxiety and depression.

Mind/Body Medicine Program

The multi-week program meets in two three-hour sessions that blend lecture, hands-on experience, and group support. You will acquire skills and strategies to help you feel better now, and set you on a course of lifelong health and improved wellbeing.

Meditation Training Sessions

Lotus (9K) Using the techniques of Mental Focusing, Mindfulness, and Guided Imagery, Meditation can help to restore the body, mind and spirit. This Relaxation Response training can be an effective coping strategy for dealing with life's ongoing stress. It can quiet the mind and allow for a greater sense of peace and self-awareness.
